Reveyr’s On-Demand Consultation is designed to help the covered attorney quickly and effectively resolve thorny or complex legal ethics concerns through a Zoom or Telephone consultation with a legal ethics expert. Reveyr On-Demand Consultations ensure that the covered attorney understands and correctly analyzes the legal ethics issue or issues at hand, avoids compliance or discipline risks that can damage the attorney’s reputation or license through the implementation of the legal ethics expert’s recommendations.

The Reveyr Always Compliant Plan assists the covered attorney’s Client Trust Accounting Protection Program
(CTAPP) and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) obligations are timely and properly completed.
The team at Reveyr will not only monitor the covered attorney’s State Bar of California CTAPP and MCLE
compliance but will send out reminders to alert the attorney to outstanding compliance issues so an important compliance deadline will not be missed.

Ensures that the covered attorney’s retainer agreement complies with California law and employs best practices. The covered attorney’s retainer agreement will be reviewed by a legal ethics and law license compliance expert who will then provide a detailed listing of all issues, suggested revisions, and comments during a Zoom or telephonic consultation with the covered attorney. In addition, upon request, the covered attorney will receive expert advice regarding the roll-out of the new retainer agreement to all current or prospective clients.

Ensures the covered attorney will receive, during the relevant MCLE Compliance Period, complementary access to MCLE programs giving the covered attorney the opportunity to complete MCLEs for: (1) Legal
Ethics: at least four credit hours of legal ethics; (2) Elimination of Bias: at least two credit hours [including one credit hour of Implicit Bias/Bias-Reducing Strategies]; (3) Competence: at least two credit hours [one hour focused on prevention and detection and one hour focused on attorney wellness]; (4) Technology: at least one credit hour; (5) Civility: at least one credit hour.
