The State Bar Disciplinary Investigation Triage Consultation assists the covered attorney by offering twelve (12) hours of assistance annually from a State Bar Defense Expert that can used for one disciplinary investigation matter or across several such matters until all hours are used. The State Bar Disciplinary Triage Consultation involves the expert review of the State Bar inquiry letters/emails, expert analysis of any issues and potential violations, expert preparation of an effective strategy regarding defenses and the use of supporting evidence as well as expert review and comment on any draft response or communication prepared by covered attorney.

The Reveyr Emergency Absence Plan protects the covered attorney’s client cases and law office reputation from the catastrophic consequences that flow from unforeseeable or emergency circumstances. A legal ethics and law license compliance expert will create and implement the proprietary Reveyr Emergency Absence Plan for the covered attorney’s law office. The Reveyr Emergency Absence Plan, once activated, will ensure (where necessary) that: (1) the covered attorney’s clients are notified of the emergency absence and re-scheduling requests are made as necessary and proper; (2) the Judges or judicial officers the covered attorney is set to
appear before are notified of the emergency that will cause the covered attorney to not appear at the scheduled hearing as well as making a request for continuance to the Court as necessary and proper.Plan for the covered attorney’s law office that will handle the winding down of the practice according to the covered attorney’s wishes, consistent with the best interests of all clients and requirements of the State Bar of California.

All billable services provided at the request of the covered attorney or for those legal services not covered by the Premier Plan will be billed at a special 20% discounted hourly rate resulting in hundreds, if not thousands in savings annually to the covered attorney.
